where can i find information on what lights ,water,sewage,and trash will cost for a house i want to buy?
i am looking for a website or a general idea of where to start my research. also the crime rate for that area. thanks!!!

Call the companies in your area that provide lights, water, sewage, and trash pickup for that house’s address, and ask them how you can find that information.

if you’re working with a realtor, you could always ask that person. also, you could try checking out their city commerce website; that may have the information you’re looking for.
