There are several hand pumps like the “Whale” pump. that can be used to transfer your waste to a portable tank, which can then be emptied properly at a sewer line. These are common to both RV and boating. They can be ordered on line, or check for RV dealers in Kuwait.

If pump out service is a problem, you might as well go ahead and install a inline macerator pump so you can pump out yourself when you are in waters where that is legal.

Note that most of the above answers were from people living in the U.S. and laws on disposal may vary in Kuwait waters.

However, you probably need to be well offshore to legally dump sewage into the ocean. If your holding tank can not be pumped overboard, you may wish to consider installing this as an option.

You can also move your boat by water to a place that has a pump out station or barge pump out service.

If your boat is trailerable, you may be set up a system to be able to empty it as recreational vehicles do.

There are wast caddy’s that allow you to pump out your tank through the normal pump out and into a plastic tank on wheels that you can than transport to a facility to dump. You can buy one online here:

I lived in Ocracoke, NC where the only pumpout station charged $30 to pumpout so whenever I needed to pump my tank I sailed 3 miles offshore and discharged it overboard. If you have an overboard discharge option (either a hand pump or electric macerator pump) you can do the same. I’m not sure the laws of Kuwait but it may even be less than 3 miles to legally dump there.
