Design of Sewage plants

The main purpose of sewage treatment plants is the treatment, disinfection and recycling of wastewater in order to be used for irrigation and agriculture, especially in hot countries where annual rain levels are low.

Effects on nature, human health and harmonization to EU regulations must also be considered in Europe.

An important build consideration is that Sewage treatment plants do not affect nature or cause any form of pollution.

Furthermore it is important that Employees use proper uniform and vaccines in order to secure their health.

The guiding principle should be that if waste created through human activity and national development is not processed carefully it may become an obstacle to development and also a threat to people’s health.
